SPP (Service Provider Pro) has rebranded to Wayfront — the product and URL at spp.co now redirect to the Wayfront platform. The core focus remains unchanged: an end-to-end operating system for productized digital marketing agencies that want to sell, deliver, and manage services without stitching together separate tools. The platform claims over $500M in services sold across its customer base since launching in 2017.

What it covers

Wayfront spans the full service delivery lifecycle. The funnel starts with order forms — embeddable checkout pages that handle one-time services, subscriptions, pricing variants, bulk orders, coupons, and upsells. Once a client pays, they're automatically added to the CRM, a client portal login is created, and an intake form is queued. Submitting that intake form triggers automated project creation with SOPs, tasks, team assignments, and due dates.

The client portal is white-labeled on your own domain (e.g., clients.youragency.com). Clients track order progress, access deliverables, view live reports from embedded marketing tools, pay invoices, and submit helpdesk tickets — all without emailing you. Teams get notified when tasks are completed; clients get notified when deliverables are ready.

The helpdesk handles client questions in context: your team sees all past communication alongside the client's payment history and project status. Clients can reply via email without logging in, and threads stay organized automatically.

On the growth side, each client gets a referral link. You control commission rates, payout methods, and terms. There's also a reseller module that lets partners sell your services under their own brand.

Integrations

Wayfront connects with 40+ marketing tools — Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, and others — letting agencies embed live campaign data directly in client dashboards. Zapier is included on both plans; Make automations are a Pro feature. An Integration API is available as an add-on ($240/month extra on the Base plan, included in Pro). Webhooks are on both plans. There's also a developer platform with API access and frontend code editing for deep customizations.

Pricing

  • Base — $99/month: White-label portal, CRM, project management, form builder, 40+ integrations, Wayfront AI, 5 team seats, 1TB storage, helpdesk, webhooks, Zapier, affiliate tracking
  • Pro — $249/month: Everything in Base plus client-side teams, portal template editor, Make automations, 10 team seats, extra seats at $18/seat/month
  • Plus: Custom pricing for 50+ seat agencies with priority Slack support and custom SLAs

No transaction fees on either plan — payments go directly to your connected Stripe or PayPal account. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

Compliance and security

Payments are PCI compliant via Stripe/PayPal. 3D Secure 2 is supported to reduce chargeback fraud. VAT, HST, and GST are handled with location-based tax charging and EU VAT number validation. Infrastructure runs on AWS with encrypted database backups and 24/7 uptime monitoring.

Limitations

Wayfront is built narrowly for productized agencies — if you're running project-based work with custom scopes or professional services billing, the productized order form model won't fit well. The Pro plan is expensive at $249/month before adding seats, which makes it hard to justify for solo operators or very small teams. The portal template editor is locked to Pro, meaning Base plan users can't customize the portal layout beyond basic branding. The recent rebrand from SPP to Wayfront also means documentation and community resources are in transition.
