Agency Handy is built around a simple premise: agencies shouldn't need six separate tools to run their business. It bundles a service catalog, client portal, CRM, task management, time tracking, and invoicing into one platform — and the pricing is aggressive enough that it's hard to argue with the consolidation value.
The Service Catalog Is the Standout Feature
Most client portal tools treat service packaging as an afterthought. Agency Handy puts it front and center. You can build a catalog of one-time or recurring services with tiered packages, add-ons, upsells, and coupon codes. Clients can browse, configure, and self-checkout directly — or you can embed the catalog via iFrame on your own website. Free trials are supported, as are setup fees that can be one-time or billed on a recurring basis alongside the subscription. For agencies selling productized services, this is genuinely useful infrastructure that would otherwise require a separate tool like Podia or Gumroad.
Client Portal and Project Work
Once a client orders a service, the work moves into a structured order management flow. Orders break down into tasks on Kanban boards, with deadlines, team assignment, and direct client communication. File feedback is a highlight — clients can annotate images, PDFs, and videos with comments directly on the file rather than in a separate thread. Version history is tracked, and the approval workflow is built in. Public forms can be used to collect intake information, with a form wizard and redirect support for embedding in external sites.
Billing and Accounting
Invoicing is automated and linked to orders. The platform handles multiple currencies, custom VAT, tax rates, W9 forms, and integrates directly with QuickBooks — which makes end-of-year accounting less painful for US-based agencies. Subscription billing with configurable cycles handles retainer clients. There are no transfer fees charged by Agency Handy itself (you still pay processor fees to Stripe, PayPal, or Wise).
Pricing
Three plans, all billed monthly:
- Freelancer — $29/month: 1 user, 10 GB storage, 1 GB file uploads, 100 CRM leads. White-label includes logo and agency name but no custom domain or branded email templates.
- Team Starter — $99/month: 10 users, 2 TB storage, 2 GB uploads, 3,000 leads. Full white-label unlocked — custom domain, brand colors, SMTP server, and email templates.
- Business Pro — $199/month: 50 users, 10 TB storage, 10 GB uploads, 10,000 leads. Same feature set as Team Starter with more headroom.
One notable limitation: every plan includes only one workspace. Agencies managing separate brands or completely siloed client groups under one account will hit that ceiling quickly.
Integrations
The integration list is broader than you'd expect for a 2023 product: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Figma, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Calendly, and YouTube are all connected. Webhooks (up to 50,000 on Business Pro) and API key access are available on all plans. The Zapier connection is limited to PayPal as a trigger — it's not a full Zapier integration — which is worth knowing if you rely on Zapier heavily for automation.
Who It's For
Agency Handy makes the most sense for freelancers and small agencies that sell productized or packaged services — design, development, content, video — and want to avoid stitching together Notion, Stripe, and a project tool to manage client work. The Freelancer plan at $29 covers a surprising amount of ground. The jump to Team Starter at $99 is significant but unlocks the white-label features most agencies actually need. If you're running an established agency with complex workflows or deep existing tooling, the single-workspace constraint and relatively limited Zapier support may push you toward more mature platforms.
