It combines a white-labeled client portal with CRM, project management, invoicing, e-signatures, appointment scheduling, email marketing, support tickets, file exchange, and even a learning management system — all on a single shared database.
What's included
The client portal sits at the center: clients get a branded self-service hub where they can view and pay invoices, check project status, upload and download files, sign contracts, book appointments, and message your team. On the backend, you get a full CRM with deal pipelines, a form builder, automation workflows, drip email campaigns, and proposal tools with approval tracking.
The platform includes 38+ automation actions. Triggers span the entire system — a signed proposal can automatically create a project, generate an invoice, and kick off an onboarding sequence without any manual steps. This native cross-module automation is one of SuiteDash's real differentiators compared to tools that rely on Zapier to glue separate products together.

Integrations
Native integrations are focused but functional: Stripe, Stripe ACH, Braintree, Authorize.net, and PayPal for payments; two-way Google Calendar sync; one-way QuickBooks Online sync for invoices; Google Meet for video calls; and Zapier for connecting to other apps. Limitations
SuiteDash's depth comes with genuine complexity. The interface is functional but visually dated, and configuring automation chains, onboarding flows, and role permissions across 16+ modules takes meaningful time. New users often need to invest several hours in setup before the platform feels coherent — SuiteDash addresses this with "Wizarding Sessions" (one-on-one onboarding calls included with higher plans), but the learning curve is steeper than a focused portal tool.
