Aligned is a digital sales room and customer collaboration platform built for B2B sales and customer success teams. It consolidates content, mutual action plans, tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication into a single shared workspace — accessed by buyers via a simple link, no login required.

What it does

Each deal or account gets its own "room": a branded workspace where reps can embed content, outline next steps, track mutual action plan (MAP) tasks, and communicate with prospects. Buyers can interact with an AI assistant that answers questions based on the shared room content, and champions can forward a single link internally without needing to reformat or rewrite anything.

The platform covers the full revenue cycle. Rooms created for sales deals can transition into onboarding portals and ongoing customer success spaces, which reduces context switching and preserves deal history.

AI features

Aligned's AI layer is more developed than most competitors in the space. The system ingests data from CRM records, call transcripts, email, calendar meetings, and buyer room activity to surface deal signals — things like repeated pricing page views, internal stakeholder sharing, or stalled MAP steps. It also generates content directly: business cases, executive summaries, POC plans, and deal room structures in seconds. AI Insights flags deal risks and recommends specific next steps based on cross-channel activity, rather than just room engagement alone.

A standout feature is AI stakeholder mapping: when a buyer forwards the room link to a new decision-maker, Aligned detects and surfaces that contact automatically, helping reps identify the full buying committee without relying on manual tracking.

Integrations

CRM integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot are bidirectional — room activity feeds back to CRM records. Gong calls can be embedded directly into rooms. PandaDoc handles e-signatures and document management. The integration list is narrower than established platforms, but the Gong + CRM combination covers the core needs of most enterprise sales teams.

Pricing

Aligned offers a free tier limited to 4 active rooms per user — enough for individual reps to evaluate the platform. Paid plans unlock unlimited rooms and templates, the task manager dashboard, the content management system, AI content generation, AI Deal Builder, and section templates. Higher tiers add AI Insights & Actions, AI Highlights for forecasting, bidirectional CRM sync, multiple team workspaces, internal comments, and a dedicated customer success manager. Pricing starts at $35/user/month; enterprise pricing requires a conversation.

Limitations

The 4-room cap on the free plan is restrictive for active pipelines. The platform is explicitly built around B2B SaaS and enterprise sales motions — it won't fit teams running high-volume, transactional, or non-digital sales processes. The integration ecosystem is still growing, and teams with niche tooling may find gaps. Room-based pricing can also add up quickly for large sales orgs where every rep needs their own workspace.
